Alina Ibragimova's visit to Riga is an event that is not be missed - the charming Russian violinist has asserted herself in the international arena as one of the most sophisticated and, at the same time, most passionate soloists. Her endeavours have range and resonance - Alina's collaborations include such collectives as London Symphony Orchestra and the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra; she is also a member of the Chiaroscuro Quartet performing masterpieces of classical and early romantic era together with her friends. In Riga, Alina will perform Michael Haydn's works - highly regarded both by his famous older brother Joseph and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart - alongside Haydn, we will also be treated to his sublime serenades.
